As of August 1, 2018, Facebook is removing the ability of apps to post directly to Facebook Profiles. Facebook's taking this action because of election interference via bots.
Unfortunately, this means you won't be able to directly post/schedule to your Facebook Profile. The good news is we're introducing Post & Share.
First, you'll need to make sure you have a Business Page. You'll be posting to this Page as the first step. (Facebook's terms also require that you represent your business via a Page rather than a Profile, so this'll help you follow their policies, too.)
Once you've created a post, you'll see a new option on the confirmation screen, titled "Share":
Clicking "Share" will pop up a Facebook window to share your post to your Profile, another Page, Groups, or to send it in a private Message.
Hit the drop-down at the top left to choose where to post to:
Because scheduled posts occur in the future, you'll have to wait until they publish to share them. You can share any already-posted scheduled post via the Content Calendar by clicking on the post.
One thing to remember: as with posting, sharing should be done judiciously. There's no need to share every item you post to your Page to your Profile, and doing so may be seen as spammy (to the point where your friends may hide your posts entirely). Instead, share the most interesting, engaging posts from your Page a couple times a week for the best impact.
