When connecting a Facebook Profile, make sure you are logged in as the right Facebook Profile on Facebook.com. Our system will connect to the Facebook Profile you're currently logged in to. If you want to connect a different account, go to Facebook.com and log out (be sure you're in the same web browser you use for the platform), then log back in as the right one.

Note: Multiple Facebook Profiles is a violation of the Facebook Terms, and can result in an account suspension. We recommend complying with their policies and having just a single Facebook Profile.
